Most fluffy slippers are foam all the way down, which feels great for ten minutes and then flattens. We put a cork footbed under the fur instead. Cork keeps its arch, so this slipper still supports your foot in month three the way it did on day one.

The strap is an open slide, no heel cage, so you can kick them off at the door without bending down. The fur is synthetic and holds up to a gentle machine cycle, though air drying is the part people skip and should not.
